**What you will do**:

- You analyze the technical feasibility of new functionalities, inclusion of new software, or other changes to the existing collaboration and workplace solution of the Axpo Group
- You will further develop the overall technical vision of the Axpo collaboration & workplace solution
- You deliver value to Axpo's employees on an ongoing basis. We make the Axpo employees more productive in their everyday work by enhancing the technical base of their collaboration suite and workplace solution at regular intervals
- You introduce state-of-the-art and cloud-first technical solutions for collaboration that also work nicely with on-premise collaboration platforms that need to be working in parallel
- You increase the technical quality and the speed of Axpo's migration to a modern and cloud-based collaboration solution and workplace environment
- You will collaborate closely with Axpo's Cybersecurity Office and the infrastructure team to deliver a highly secure and reliable workplace to Axpo employees
- You identify and implement technical solutions to deliver on the overall product vision of Axpo's collaboration & workplace solution

**What you bring & who you are**:

- You have a high level of drive to deliver a great experience to end users
- You have highly developed technical & conceptual skills
- You have experience in designing, delivering, and managing a modern, cloudbased workplace solution for a midsize to large company (1000+ employees)
- You successfully built up and managed a technical team responsible for the delivery & further development of a workplace environment in a midsize to large company
- You have a Master of computer science or other technical field coupled with IT work experience
- You have 5+ years of experience as a senior workplace engineer or workplace architect
- You have deep experience in the Microsoft product landscape, specifically Microsoft 365 and dependencies on the Azure platform
- You are prolific in the Atlassian platforms, specifically Confluence and Jira. Knowledgeable of how they integrate into other workplace & collaboration software (i.e. M365)
- You have excellent communication skills in English, German a plus
