Production Planner

Automotive company based in Borja (Zaragoza) is looking for a **Production Planner** (M/F), permanent job.

**Tasks and functions**:

- Collect and analyze customer Demand through EDI integration of orders in SAP
- Check capacity of the productive sections
- Analysis Demand vs Capacity
- Calculation of the HCdt (shifts and necessary people) for each productive section to meet the plan of needs of the customers
- Collection of input data to prepare Production plan from Logistics, Production, Human Resources and Quality (KPIs)
- Presentation of production plan to the Head of Logistics, Production, Human Resources, Quality and General Management of Plant
- Minimum 12 weeks in advance to analyze risks
- Analysis of the existing stock in the plant and subcontractors
- Days on Hand for each mrp /references to assure deliveries to customers and good production flow
- Follow up of the daily and weekly production to compare output with production plan
- Prepare Plan of Production to assure enough time to Procurement to manage all materials required for the production
- Coordinate the requirements and deliveries from Intercompany plants
- Management of raw materials suppliers

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor degree or Engineer
- Advance user of Sap
- High knowledge in Excell (advance user)
- Experience minimum of 3-4 year in automotive companies as Production planner
- English at level of B2 (First certificate).

- Analytical thinking
