Welcome to the AWWG International Internship & Graduate program: an opportunity to have a full assignment and start building a career through your first working experience. This is a one year program, with the possibility to join the company after that period and enjoy our complete 3-year development plan.

AWWG is the global fashion group that integrates the brands Pepe Jeans London, Hackett, and Façonnable, and is the licensed distributor for Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein in Spain and Portugal through PVH Iberia.

Your position will be placed in one of our 8 executive areas: Product, Finance, Marketing, Digital, Wholesale-Commercial, Retail, Logistics & Operations and Human Resources.

**Your future position**:
One of our executive areas is WHOLESALE-COMMERCIAL, which is in charge of enhancing the group’s sales and wholesale partnerships to ensure profitability.

You will develop an omnichannel mindset, specialized in Store in Store business management, and to always have a consumer experience centricity. Some of our opportunities will be to join the 5 Showrooms, the Wholesale Operations, B2B Customer Support or Merchandising team.

**Who we are looking for**:

- This program is for you if you are studying or have finished your studies within the past 3 years in Marketing, Advertising or Public Relations, Commerce, however Business Administration and Fashion students will also be considered
- An advanced proficiency in English is required; Spanish, German or French are a plus
- Good use of Office tools such as Excel, Power Point and Word.
- Passion for the world of retail and fashion
- Previous professional experience is not required but the ambition and energy to give your best is a must

**As for the formal requirements**:

- ** Internship program**: It´s mandatory that you can sign an internship agreement with your university. Get your first professional experience
- **Graduate program**: For graduates from official bachelor or master studies within the last three years. Keep growing as a professional

**Where is the internship taking place?** Mainly in our HQ in Madrid (Spain), although some opportunities may arise in other locations in Europe.
