**About the job**
We are seeking a Performance and Facilities administrative to provide multi-departmental performance analysis and facilities management support for our Integrated Business Center in Oviedo. In this position, you will report to our Real Estate & Facilities Expert. Some of your daily activities will include reviewing costs and operations for all our Business Service Centers. Additionally, you will provide the necessary support for the proper development of the site. This includes overseeing all building-related activities, such as planning and coordinating all installations, refurbishments, and monitoring any building issues. You will interact with suppliers, as well as with internal and external stakeholders to manage all purchase requisitions and site contracts. Occasionally, you will also provide support in the organization of potential events for the company.
**Your tasks will include**
- Filling and preparing intercompany and third-party invoicing
- Coordinating and executing site-related administrative tasks
- Ensuring compliance with corporative guidelines for procurement activities
- Developing and monitoring on-site safety and compliance measures
- Preparing and updating internal contracts
**About You**

**What we expect from you in terms of**
**Education & Skills**
- Ideally, a higher education degree in Business Administration or a similar area
- Knowledge in the area of Health and Safety would be a considerable asset
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Excel expertise
- SAP knowledge would be a considerable asset
**Languages**
- English - Proficient/Fluent
- Any other language is considered an asset
**Work Experience**
- Few years of relevant professional experience
