- Meal Preparation: Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast dishes, including eggs, pancakes, waffles, bacon, sausage, and other breakfast staples, ensuring they are cooked to perfection and presented attractively.
- Menu Planning: Collaborate with the chef or kitchen manager to develop and update the breakfast menu, considering seasonal ingredients, customer preferences, and dietary restrictions.
- Kitchen Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment by adhering to food safety standards, regularly cleaning cooking equipment, and ensuring proper storage of ingredients.
- Quality Control: Monitor food quality throughout the cooking process, checking for freshness, taste, and appearance to ensure that all dishes meet the restaurant's standards of excellence.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow, communicate any special orders or dietary requests, and support team members during busy periods to deliver prompt and consistent service to customers.
