**Mission**
Manage the daily data entry and verification processes, ensuring that fragrance formulations and raw materials complies with internal requirements and company standards enabling efficiency of all involved departments.
**Functions**
- **SAP Code Management**: Oversee the creation and maintenance of codes in the SAP system, resolve issues, and optimize workflow efficiency
- **Database Control**: Conduct studies and correct inaccurate data to maintain a reliable database
- **Procedure Documentation**: Draft and update departmental work procedures to ensure clarity and compliance
- **Interdepartmental Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments to extract requested information and modify data as needed
- **Project Participation**: Collaborate on both internal and external projects as requested by the manager, and take full responsibility for some projects
- **Support and Backup**: Provide backup and support to Key Users within the department
- **Cross-Departmental Relations**: Maintain relationships with departments involved in code creation, both at Head Quarters and subsidiaries (Asia, Middle East, Europe and Latin America)
- **IT Collaboration**: Work with the IT department to resolve issues and support other departments requiring assistance with master data
**Experience required**:
At least 1 year of experience in database management-related work.
**Educational Background**:
Intermediate or Advanced Degree.***
**Languages**:
Spanish: bilingual.
English: high.
