**DESCRIPTION**

In the role of AXA Partners Digital Presence & quality Manager, you have the responsibility of:

- The Digital Quality Control (DQC): you ensure that the digital assets are compliant with AXA group and market standards on Visibility, Identity and Usability
- The Digital Asset Management (DAM) : you manage the quality of the information regarding the assets in the AXA group Digital assets repository called “Digital Hub”. You design and deploy the process aimed to improve the quality of the data regarding the assets.
- The Domain Management (DM) : in this role, you have the ownership of the Domain lifecycle process : you design and deploy the Domain management process across AXA Partners (creation, conformity, decommissioning)

In the role of One Trust IT Owner, you manage the Consent Management Platform (CMP) of AXA Partners called OneTrust.
- You are the single point of contact regarding the OneTrust operations: setup, parameterization
- You bring an expertise regarding the technical issues encountered on the web sites that uses OneTrust (html, JavaScript, Tag Management)
- you ensure that the web sites correctly deploy the consent management in compliance with local and AXA group regulation.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Senior digital practicioner with a strong IT background
- Proven experience in the management of transversal and international digital activities
- Solid experience of Agile methodologies / frameworks
- Strategic but also practical / hands on approach to deliver concrete results
- Able to propose and support the implementation of the governance of the activity
- Strong Communication skills and ability to deal with very different personalities at various hierarchy / seniority levels and various organizations / countries / cultures: tailor communication to varying audiences, quickly incorporate feedback and adjust accordingly
- Ability to steer groups over which he/she has no formal authority: Business Line Stakeholders, Group Professional Families, Experts, Communities, etc. - in multiple countries
- Change leadership: promote, and drive organizational changes
- Influence, towards peers and towards more senior colleagues
- Able to work and get results in international teams with no hierarchical structures
- Good knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation procedures
- Deep understanding of the implementation of the Cookies Management and Tag management platform, especially a good knowledge of html, JavaScript and the Tag management technologies is necessary.
