Technical University Degree (Computer Science Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, etc)
- Excellent object oriented languages programming skills (SAP ABAP is a plus)
- High understanding of software development cycles
- Outgoing personality, good interpersonal, multi-tasking and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills in English (Any other European language is welcome)
- Ability to work independent of direct supervision
- Ability to organize and prioritize projects in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented and rapidly changing business
- Availability to travel

Key responsibilities include:

- Incident Management
- Work internationally with other colleagues to follow and define processes and procedures aligned with the customer requirements
- Client facing experience
- Participate on design sessions
- Estimate and design technical solutions
- Pro-actively identify areas that could benefit from service improvements and devise / implement configuration changes to improve the user experience and leverage the system
- Conduct and manage proper testing by reducing regression
- Required:

- Knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture and Concepts
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
- Outstanding Stakeholder engagement - maintaining good working relationships with business stakeholders and providing advice and guidance as requested
- The ability to design and understand complex business processes
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
- Capacity for analysis and synthesis
- Ability to understand customer needs
- Perseverance and tenacity to difficulties
- Motivation and desire for improvement
