TBS is looking to hire a best in class HR Manager to join our exciting educational project.

**Responsibilities**
- Recruitment, selection processes, staffing, onboarding
- Ensuring legal compliance with labour laws
- Design, review and implementation of HR policies and processes
- Human resources administration with the management of recruitment, termination-offboarding, payroll, ensuring data accuracy
- Implementing and maintaining human resources information systems (Personio).
- Employee relations and internal communication
- Develop and maintain effective communication channels to keep all stakeholders informed about project status, changes, and outcomes.
- Training and development, managing the training plan to improve the skills and knowledge of the company's professionals.
- Performance management with the different team leaders, as well as managing compensation and benefits programmes.
- Collaborate with the main stakeholders at the school, including Managing Director, Headteacher, Deputy Headteacher, and head of department as Admissions, Marketing IT..
- Analyse HR data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

**Qualifications**
- Full fluency in English (Bilingual level)
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
- 5+ years' experience in Human Resources
- Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
- Attention to detail and good judgement
- Autonomy and proactivity
