- Objetivo del Puesto:
Planificar, coordinar y supervisar la ejecución de proyectos desde su inicio hasta su cierre, asegurando el cumplimiento de los objetivos en tiempo, forma, alcance y presupuesto, alineados con la estrategia de la organización.
- Responsabilidades Principales:

- Definir y documentar el alcance, cronograma, presupuesto y recursos del proyecto.
- Coordinar al equipo de trabajo asignado al proyecto, gestionando roles y tareas.
- Hacer seguimiento al avance del proyecto.
- Identificar, analizar y mitigar riesgos del proyecto.
- Generar reportes de seguimiento, informes de avance y cierre de proyecto.
- Asegurar la calidad de los entregables del proyecto.
- Realizar inventario de equipos y entrega de documentacion / licencias / certificados y al finalizar los proyectos.
- Cierre de proyectos en tiempo y presupuesto.
- Requisitos:
Educación:

- Título universitario en Ingeniería o similar / FP3 técnica / Experiência Empresa instaladora y/o acreditaciones profesionales.

Experiência:

- Al menos 2-3 años de experiência en la gestión de proyectos multidisciplinarios. RITE, BMS, Electricidad, RSF, RIPCI, RSCIEI,

Habilidades y Competencias:

- Liderazgo y gestión de equipos.
- Habilidad de comunicación oral y escrita.
- Pensamiento analítico y resolución de problemas.
- Organización y gestión del tiempo.
- Adaptabilidad al cambio.
- Conocimientos en herramientas de gestión (MS Project, Trello, Jira, Asana, etc.).
- Nível de inglés: B2
- Condiciones del Puesto:
