Working at Sulake as a Social Media Coordinator, you´ll excite the people in Habbo and Hotel Hideaway's communities with new ideas and the ability to generate engagement and excitement using current and emerging social media platforms. You´ll have a good understanding of virality and meme culture and you´ll be tuned into trends affecting both our communities and other online gaming communities.
**Main areas of responsibility and key tasks**:
- Assisting in the creation of textual and visual content for both of our games' social media pages and websites.
- Contributing to the expansion of both games' social media followings with fresh, creative, and innovative ideas.
- Assisting the communications manager to formulate and execute social media strategies for both games.
- Assisting with the day-to-day management of both games' communities on social media. I.e. keeping track of the conversation, feeding back community concerns and demands, highlighting any problems with both games.
**Required skills and experience**:
- Keen interest in and knowledge of gaming and the gaming industry.
- 1+ years of experience in social media management.
- Excellent knowledge of existing and emerging social media
platforms - specifically Twitter, Instagram and TikTok.
- Excellent spoken and written English skills (other languages are a plus).
- The ability to deliver creative content and bring brand new ideas to the table.
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop and video editing tools.
- Experience with social media management tools. E.g. Tweetdeck, Facebook Creator Studio.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- We'd love it if you have the following:
- Knowledge of streaming software and hardware along with streaming experience is a big plus.
- Experience with TikTok.
