El departamento de Service Technology & Engineering del área de Comercial - Posventa, necesita incorporar a una persona en su equipo como **After Sales IT Requirements & Rollout.**

Sus **tareas principales** serán:

- Gestionar el correcto funcionamiento de los sistemas IT en el ámbito de Posventa e implementar mejoras para las marcas CUPRA y SEAT, en colaboración estrecha con el Grupo VW y con los Importadores de las Marcas.
- Coordinar las actividades relacionadas con la mejora y estabilidad de los sistemas de Posventa durante todo el ciclo de vida de los productos IT.
- Garantizar un soporte idóneo a los usuarios a nível Marca e Importador, mediante el seguimiento de indicadores (KPI) y cumpliendo con los objetivos de los proyectos a nível de plazos, coste y nível de servicio.
- Planificar y gestionar los test relacionados con los evolutivos de los sistemas de Posventa para conseguir una implementación óptima en la red de concesionarios.
- Elaborar análisis que faciliten la toma de decisiones y la búsqueda de oportunidades de mejora.
- Gestionar los contratos relativos a los Sistemas de Posventa inclusive la venta de datos a terceros.

Requisitos mínimos

**Formación**:

- Ingeniería Industrial, Informática, Telecomunicaciones o Electrónica.

**Idiomas**:

- Inglés
- Alemán valorable

**Conocimientos específicos**:

- Experiência previa en la gestión de proyectos informáticos (Product Lifecycle Management y/o Business Owner de sistemas).
- Experiência en proyectos de sistemas IT y/o de I+D en el sector del automóvil.

**Competencias**:

- Capacidad para trabajar en equipos multidisciplinarios y multinacionales.
- Capacidad de organización y planificación.
