En **Capgemini**, buscamos un **Senior Application Infrastructure Operator (Nível 2 de Soporte)**con experiência en **Kubernetes y DevOps**, para gestionar, optimizar y solucionar incidencias en entornos productivos. **Responsabilidades**:

- Administrar y operar aplicaciones en **Kubernetes**(bare metal o gestionados**:EKS, AKS, GKE**).
- Diagnosticar y resolver **incidencias de Nível 2**con tiempos de respuesta óptimos.
- Identificar y solucionar problemas de **contenedores, redes, almacenamiento y escalabilidad en Kubernetes**.
- Gestionar **pipelines de CI/CD**con herramientas como **Jenkins, ArgoCD, GitLab CI/CD**.
- Mejorar la **observabilidad**con **Prometheus, Grafana, Elastic Stack, Datadog**.
- Automatizar tareas y procesos con **Bash, Python, Terraform, Ansible**.
- Colaborar con equipos de **desarrollo y arquitectura**para mejorar la confiabilidad de las aplicaciones.
- Analizar y optimizar registros y trazas con herramientas como **Fluentd, Loki, OpenTelemetry**.
- Implementar medidas de **seguridad en Kubernetes**, incluyendo **RBAC, Network Policies y escaneo de vulnerabilidades**.
- Participar en **planes de resiliencia, recuperación ante desastres y optimización de entornos productivos**.

**Requisitos**:

- **+5 años de experiência en operaciones y soporte de aplicaciones**en entornos Kubernetes y contenedores.
- Experiência probada en **Soporte de Nível 2**, con **fuertes habilidades de resolución de problemas**.
- Sólidos conocimientos en **Linux, redes, almacenamiento y balanceo de carga**en entornos Cloud/On-Prem.
- Experiência con herramientas de **observabilidad, monitoreo y logging**en entornos distribuidos.
- Dominio de herramientas de **CI/CD y automatización**.
- Conocimiento en **seguridad de contenedores**y requisitos de cumplimiento.
- Capacidad para **documentar procedimientos y generar reportes de incidencias**.
- Experiência trabajando bajo **metodologías Agile y DevOps**.
- Disponibilidad para **guardias on-call**, una vez integrado en el equipo.
- **Inglés fluido (mínimo B2).**
