**VIE Project Manager Officer - Madrid, M/F**

**Your daily routine ?**

You will participate in the overall transformation of an IT direction within BNP Paribas. You will join a management team in Madrid to assist the local executive on the following topics:

- Assist the EMEA management team on the implementation of the operational model and promotion of new initiatives
- Implement solutions and tools to facilitate and steer the different governance bodies.
- Maintain close cooperation with all partners (central teams, other platforms, and the Oxygen platform).
- Participate proactively in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) for environmental management, eco-efficiency, employee and community relations, social equity.

FRESH is BNPPARIBAS's new IT framework encompassing the Finance Projects & Systems and RISK functions, with a strong emphasis on efficiency, proximity, agility and time-to-market, which will help to meet the major challenges of Group transformation now and in the future. We are building the best offer for the Finance and Risk Community through a gradual rotation to new technologies and best practices. Within a human size platform (200 people), you include a multicultural organization with more than 10 nationalities.

The FRESH EMEA OFFICE team is a dynamic young team (2 years) with 6 employees, 3 in both location (Madrid and Lisbon). Your position is located in Madrid. The offices are nearby two metro lines and a shuttle service is available from the Avenida de America station. The selected person will quickly be able to telework in Spain two or three days a week.

The team is organize in a flexible mode and focuses on the week, month and quarter deliverables.
- It ensures that the FRESH organization in Spain and Portugal respects local expectations while meeting the needs of the FRESH partners in Paris.
- It assists local managers in transformation projects,
- It contributes to transversal support activities,
- It assists in the implementation of the target organization and the new internal processes.

You work on all aspects of a platform, from production to reporting. Your partners are quickly seeking your views on the various tasks under way. After demonstrating a certain understanding of governance, you help the platform manager in his decision-making. You discover some aspects of Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint and are indistinguishable on Outlook and Teams You may even be a trainer on new communication and information sharing software. The team is young and wants to stay so, innovate and succeed are its goals. You are part of this ongoing change.

**Are you our next **VIE Project Manager Officer?**

You have a Master degree from a Business, Engineering School or University degree, majoring in finance or IT. You have a solid financial and IT knowledge. You have gained first experience (internships and work-study program included).

You have **advanced English and Spanish skills**.

You have a very good command of MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

You demonstrate rigor and teamwork. Your resilience, your ability to influence and your adaptability will be assets to progress on this mission.
