**What is our mission?**

Provide the means and the measures for designing and developing all the quality aspects of a software solution, both functionally and technically, in order to meet the requirements and overall quality of the intended solution by creating, documenting and testing an end to end test plan to ensure that all the objectives are met and the solution works as expected.

**Your mission**

We are looking for a Technical Product Owner to lead the evolution of an internal Engineering Excellence platform, with a strong focus on automation, Developer Experience, DevSecOps, and Generative AI.
This role is key to modernizing and scaling the end-to-end Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) in a large, complex, and distributed environment.

You will own the vision and execution of a technical platform used by engineering teams at scale. Acting as a bridge between technical users (engineers, architects, security teams) and product and business stakeholders, you will ensure real impact, adoption, and scalability.

**️ Key responsibilities**
- Define, maintain, and prioritize the **product roadmap** for an Engineering Excellence platform.
- Drive **SDLC automation**, including:

- Repository scanning
- Evidence and metrics collection
- Integration with quality and security tools (SAST, DAST, SCA, linters, SonarQube, etc.).
- Evolve manual processes and checklists into **automated, tool-agnostic assessments**.
- Integrate the platform into developer workflows (CI/CD pipelines, IDEs, dashboards).
- Lead the adoption of **GenAI and agentic solutions** to improve developer productivity and software quality.
- Continuously gather feedback from technical users and translate it into clear product decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on engineering standards, best practices, and InnerSource initiatives.
- Clearly communicate product value to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Foster community building and knowledge sharing across engineering teams.

**What We’re Looking F**

**Experience**
- 5-8 years of experience in software engineering, developer platforms, or engineering productivity.
- Proven experience as a Technical Product Owner / Product Manager, ideally in internal tools or platform teams.
- Experience working in large-scale, distributed, enterprise environments.
- Hands-on involvement in automation, DevSecOps, or GenAI-enabled initiatives.

**Technical background**
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end SDLC and secure development practices.
- Knowledge of code quality, security analysis, and engineering metrics.
- Familiarity with modern architectures, microservices, and cloud-native environments.
- Ability to assess the technical feasibility and impact of AI / GenAI-powered features.
- Familiarity with languages such as JavaScript/TypeScript and Python (hands-on coding not required).

**Soft skills**
- Strong product mindset with a focus on technical users.
- Ability to translate complex technical topics into business value.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Curious, adaptable, and improvement-driven mindset.
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
