AWWG is the global fashion group that integrates the brands Pepe Jeans London, Hackett, and Façonnable, and is the licensed distributor for Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein in Spain and Portugal.

**The project**

We are currently seeking an Site Merchandising Coordinator to join the Ecom team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about fashion, ecommerce and international environment.

**What are the mainly responsabilities?**
- Be responsible for end-to-end on-site merchandising activities, including improving customer experience, product visibility, product category and conversion.
- Responsible for Search optimization
- Site optimization, Product Detail Pages (PDP), filters, navigation, search, structure through product group analyses, engagement, data enrichments, and seasonality
- Drive efficiency/quality improvement by analyzingprocesses/systems and best practices, pursuing effective structures and ways of working, and drive alignment across Site Merchandising
- Derive actionable insights from reports, A/B test analyses on site performance as provided by the team, and present and discuss with senior management and relevant stakeholders
- Be up-to-date with competitive landscape, industry trends and other new site merchandising opportunities
- Be the main point of contact for all technical teams to improve tools used and drive on-site experience improvements
- Oversee and consult on operational activities of the team and manage learning and development of catalogue team

**Requirements of the position**:

- Spanish and English: Advanced
- 2 year of experience in a similar role
- Essential experience previously in Ecommerce or Online departments (Fashion/retail )
- Essential experience previously in in SAP, Salesforce and GA
