Investment Performance Analyst

**Our opportunity**

As an Investment Performance Analyst you are involved in all aspects of the portfolio performance measurement, the investment performance analysis and the economic performance reporting across the Group’s assets. In particular you support the explanation of the investment performance results to our local colleagues as well as Senior Management. Enhancing existing systems and processes also belong to your role. You will learn about advanced methods/ techniques of investment performance analysis and help develop insightful presentations of the results.

**Your role**

**As an Investment Performance Analyst your main responsibilities will involve**:

- Ensure timely and regular calculation/ delivery of high quality global portfolio performance data to central and local teams
- Support the automation of the performance measurement and data delivery processes
- Gather and evaluate explanations of portfolio performance attribution from Strategy Implementation, Local Investment Officers and external asset managers
- Support timely and regular delivery of economic performance reports and learn to interpret and explain the results to all stakeholders
- Document and enhance processes and tasks and ensure a best practice quality control environment
- Maintain IT solutions and initiate necessary enhancements
- Maximize the performance measurement coverage relative to total assets

**Your Skills and Experience**

**As an Investment Performance Analyst your skills and qualifications will ideally include**:

- University degree in Finance, Business or a numerical/ quantitative discipline
- Strong analytical thinking
- Very hands-on with strong attention to detail
- Very responsible
- Organized and structured in thought and practice
- Transparent working style
- Deadline driven
- Passionate about learning
- Strong Excel skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, proficiency in Spanish an advantage

**Nice to have**:

- Knowledge of financial markets and products. Knowledge of portfolios, guidelines, restrictions an advantage
- SAP skills an advantage
- Python skills an advantage
