- 3rd level operations and maintenance of our platforms
In the job, you should expect 15-20 travel days per year.
**Meet your future team**
With direct reference to our Head of Hosting HCW, you will become a part of our ambitious 3rd level operations team consisting of 8 experienced colleagues located in Denmark and the US. Together we manage the installation, configuration, service, and operations of the IT solutions to Kamstrup’s customers. In the team, you will work closely with a group of dedicated Technicians who value collaboration, informal communication, and having fun along the way.
Did you know that despite the geographic distance of more than 7.000 kilometers, the team connects every day and meet up twice a year in Denmark for a couple of weeks?
**Less about us, more about you**
In order to succeed, we consider it an advantage if you have
- Basic understanding of Cloud architecture and FinOps
- Experience with IaaS, Paas, IaC, Azure monitor and automation of alerts
- Experience with incident response, troubleshooting, cloud networking, and cloud security
- Automation and scripting using PowerShell, Azure CLI, or other relevant tools
