**Funciones**:
**La persona que se incorporé hará parte del equipo de Service Desk de IRIS. (Programa de comunicaciones aeronáuticas vía satélite para la modernización de la gestión y optimización del tráfico aéreo). Gestión de incidencias de usuarios de IRIS, identificación y resolución de incidencia y fallos.**

**Requisitos**:

- **Formación: Ingeniero/a Técnico/Grado o Superior/Máster en Ingeniería preferentemente Telecomunicaciones. Otras titulaciones: Aeronáutico, Informática y/o Industrial**:

- **Más de 2 años de experiência en Datalink y SatCom.**:

- **Amplios conocimientos de navegación aérea y sistemas CNS/ATM**:

- **Conocimientos en sistemas de navegación aérea y comunicaciones aeronáuticas**:

- **Idiomas: inglés, mínimo B2, deseable C1 (sobre todo escrito)
