As the Cloud Services Manager, you will be at the forefront of orchestrating and optimizing network services for our organization. You will collaborate with stakeholders across different departments to implement the group-level IT strategy, ensuring seamless connectivity and efficient delivery of network services. Your expertise in Cloud technologies and network infrastructure will be crucial in providing thought leadership, mentoring the team, and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

**Responsibilities**:

- Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of key public cloud services and stay up to date with market trends, providing thought leadership through seminars, whitepapers, and other channels.
- Mentor and guide the team to build necessary competencies and knowledge in Cloud technologies and networking best practices.
- Assess client workloads and technology landscape to determine Cloud suitability, develop business cases, and create comprehensive Cloud adoption roadmaps.
- Exhibit proven knowledge and experience with the Microsoft Azure platform and tools, including provisioning and managing Azure subscriptions.
- Architect and implement scalable production systems, such as load balancers, memory caching, and master/slave architectures, to ensure high-performance network services.
- Obtain relevant certifications on Azure or other Public Cloud architectures to strengthen your expertise in Cloud technologies.
- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders within the organization, building strong relationships, and communicating the benefits and performance of network services.
- Define and implement new network architectures, driving projects forward from an architectural standpoint.
- Demonstrate proficiency in one or more of the following Cloud technologies: AWS, Azure, Oracle Cloud, etc.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Technology.
- Relevant industry certifications from Microsoft Azure or any other Public Cloud provider.
- ITIL 4 certification.

**Experience**:

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in a similar leadership position, overseeing Cloud-based network services.
- Proven expertise in Cloud architecture and migration, with a focus on Azure or other Public Cloud platforms.
- Strong understanding of Cloud and infrastructure components, encompassing servers, storage, network, data, and solutions.
- Familiarity with additional Cloud technologies like Azure, S3, VMware.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts effectively.
- Experience working in multinational and diverse cultural environments.
