**About Us**

**About this Product Manager role**

As a platform product manager in Engineering Productivity Stream, your mission will be to provide tools, services, and practices for Ocado Technology teams to mitigate and resolve incidents allowing them to reduce the impact on end-users.

This role will directly partner with one or more Engineering Team Leads, to be a key go-to person within a specific product area, sharing responsibility for product realisation to deliver great products and solutions for our clients and stakeholders

**About you**

**We would love to hear from you if you have **
- Relevant experience in the software technology industry
- A deep understanding of the SDLC processes.
- Experience managing products
- Knowledge of working with multiple functional areas, including Project Management, Engineering, UX/UI
- Proven ability to plan, manage, track and deliver on commitments
- Proven ability to make decisions based on value
- Experience defining product roadmaps, building collaboratively with Design and Engineering peers, and shipping at scale
- Experience capturing and communicating requirements to support product realisation
- Experience of working in an engineering position (software, cloud, SRE, other) or products with engineers as primary users. Due to the nature of the position having a technical background would be a bonus
