As a Contract Management Trainee, you will assist in the following activities:
- SubEPC Contract Support: Assist in managing, negotiating, and administering SubEPC contracts for PV and wind power construction projects, coordinating closely with Procurement, Engineering, Project Management, and Legal teams.
- Internal Coordination: Support internal coordination for all SubEPC contract-related matters during the preparation, negotiation, signing, and construction phases.
- Record Management: Help organize and maintain records of official correspondence with subcontractors and clients after contract signature.
- Compliance Monitoring: Assist in ensuring contract compliance with the company’s policies and procedures.
**Requirements**:
- You have an undergraduate degree or finished studies in Law, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering or a comparable course of study.
- You are advanced in MS Office
- You are business fluent in English and Spanish, any other language such as Portuguese, German, French and /or Italian is a plus.
- You have strong organizational and analytical skills and are a proven team player.
