**About us**

**About you**

As a **Senior Machine Learning Engineer,** you will lead the development of advanced AI solutions, being in charge of building and optimizing machine learning pipelines, fine-tuning models, and orchestrating APIs to deliver scalable and high-performance systems.

Also, you will use your expertise in model evaluation, optimization, and deployment while always keeping in mind the best practices in MLOps you will design innovative AI Solutions using LLM to build STT (Speech-to-Text) and TTS (Text-to-Speech) products.

As a senior member, you will be supporting and mentoring other team members using your technical expertise to solve complex challenges bringing innovative solutions.

**About your day-to-day**:

- You will fine-tune LLMs.
- You will be designing and implementing pipelines for STT and TTS products.
- Ensuring the efficiency of LLMs and Speech Models.
- You will develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for deploying AI/ML models.
- Collaborating with DevOps to ensure the scalability of ML Systems.

**What you’ll need**:

- 6+ years of experience in AI/Machine Learning roles.
- Proficient in training ML models.
- Hands-on experience in selecting, fine-tuning, and deploying LLMs independently.
- Previous experience orchestrating workflows with Airflow or Kubeflow.
- Proficient in Python for scripting and developing APIs (e.g., FastAPI, OpenAI, and STT/TTS APIs).
- Hands-on experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
- Version control experience (GitHub/GitLab).
- Strong English communication skills.
- Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.

**What’s nice to have**:

- Experience with AI cloud platforms (e.g., SageMaker, Azure ML) for deploying ML models.
- Previous experience with Retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)

**Special requirement**
For this position you must be a holder of a valid working permit for Spain (or EU passport) and be available to work full-time onsite.
