VSN is currently looking for a Head of Partnerships to join our ever-growing team:
VSN's solutions focus on solving any need in the fields of media management, production, planning, multiplatform content delivery and broadcast or publishing through linear and non-linear channels. Its software tools manage the entire media life cycle, from ingest to broadcast and archive, in a seamless and unified way, helping companies.

We are looking to recruit a Telecommunications or IT Engineer with experience in the Broadcast and Media industry focused on leading the business development for VSN worldwide by raising brand and solutions awareness and working closely with existing and new business partners. The focus is increasing the sales volume and accomplishing VSN's strategic milestones. The position requires a committed professional with demonstrable experience in the industry, and would join a dynamic team, integrating into a stimulating work environment, sharing the company's values and willing to contribute with their creativity and knowledge to the team. This is a Spain-based job.

**What your day will look like**:
Taking responsibility for existing relationships with partners to increase sales and business for the company
Identifying new business partners and engage with them so that they become trusted VSN partners. Identifying and satisfying the customer needs, along with the Pre-sales team
Coordinating and attending public events (tradeshows, conferences and networking events) as well as prospecting channels, technology partners, and end users
Collaborating with all the internal departments within the regular sales cycle process in order to accomplish the strategies and goals for the region and for the company

**About you**:
Advanced degree in Telecommunications or Computer Science and English communication both written and verbal
At least three years of demonstrable experience dealing with business partners.
Technical understanding of VSN's range of products and solutions and how they can fit into a wider technical proposal
IT knowledge of the industry (electronics, audiovisual, and communication systems)
Demonstrable experience in Salesforce or similar CRM tools and Office and Google suite
Strong communication skills with clients at all levels, with the ability to offer high-level technical advice
Skills to guide our partners when dealing with technical project documentation and proposals, as well as commercial presentations
Ability to work within all the internal VSN Departments in a lean way and also with distributors, resellers or system integrators on a daily basis, coordinating all the stages of the project implementation. Good predisposition and availability for work trips
Interest in Broadcast technology and innovation
Commercial orientation and good negotiation skills at an international level and in multicultural environments
Dynamic and proactive person, who performs well in demanding work environments with tight deadlines and teamwork
