On behalf of our esteemed Customer, High Luxury Ready to Wear Brand, We are recruiting the following profile to join their team in Palma de Mallorca:
**SALES ASSOCIATE / HIGH LUXORY BRAND / PALMA DE MALLORCA (Spain)**

**_Duties and Responsabilities:_**
- Guarantee operative functioning of the store
- Approach customers and offer them advice on products to persuade them to buy
- Ensure coordination and connection with external suppliers for constant store maintenance
- Be an ambassador of the brand
- Ensure customers’ needs and resolve all customer issues
- Maintain high energy on the sales floor
- Ensure a good work environment
- Achieve sales goals
- Able to work with multiple customers simultaneously
- Assist all sales team members
- Control of checkout and bank transfers
- Stock activities
- Ensure the correct management of the merchandise

**Perfil**:

- At least 3-4 years of experience in retail field
- ENGLISH and SPANISH are required, GERMAN is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professionalism and outgoing personality with positive, smart and proactive attitude
- Good IT skills
- Customer oriented
- Multi - tasking abilities

Permanent contract, Full time.
