Are you interested in being part of a start-up within a well-established company? Join Axpo Services EMEA as an SAP Inhouse IDM Consultant and bring your expertise to support implementation projects in the dynamic and innovative energy industry. You will take on responsibility from day one and work mainly with SAP products across the landscape.

**What you will do**:

- Implement and manage SAP Identity Management (SAP IDM) solutions for Axpo.
- Conduct user administration tasks, such as creating and managing user accounts, roles, permissions, and resolving access issues.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation of SAP IDM processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to design and implement SAP IDM processes and workflows.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP IDM systems.
- Participate in project planning and estimation activities.
- Provide training and support to clients and internal teams on SAP IDM processes and systems

**What you bring & who you are**:

- You have a university degree in Business Administration, or computer science & business informatics or equivalent operational experience
- You have at least 3 years of experience working with the SAP toolset, with a strong focus on SAP Identity Management
- You have a strong understanding of SAP IDM concepts and best practices
- You own experience with SAP authorisation concepts, user administration, and identity management
- Distinguish yourself through your commitment as well as your technical affinity
- You are high service orientation in combination with a confident and professional appearance towards external and internal customers
- Great communication skills as you will be dealing with Business Process Owners and Key-users to get the system customized accordingly
- You speak fluent English, German is a plus
