**Tu rol**:
We are seeking a dynamic, creative and passionate Admin/Office Manager Intern to join our team. As an Admin/Office Manager Intern, you will be mainly responsible for supporting the Office management tasks and report directly to the Office Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the vacation rental industry and be part of the fast growth of our company.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Greeting Visitors: Welcome and direct visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Inform appropriate staff members of visitor arrivals. Provide general information about the company and its services.
- Managing Phone Calls. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls. Take and relay messages accurately.
- Monitor the door to receive delivery personnel.
- Communication with suppliers of water, electricity, and internet services in case of incidents and for support with new connections, cancellations, or name changes.
- Keep up to date the Excel databases (list of purchases, products, and various information).
- Support operations department.

**Requerimientos**:

- Proficiency in Spanish is required. Knowledge of English will be considered as a plus.
- Organized.
- Good computer skills.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Self-starter, creative, thinking outside the box and willing to support expansion in a fast-growing environment.
- Passionate, proactive, hands on, dynamic and energetic.
- Flexible, resilient and adaptable to changes.
- Confident working in cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable in a start-up environment.
