**ABOUT US**
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a newly created role within a Global Business Service Centre based in Barcelona.

Hexagon’s Geosystems division provides a comprehensive portfolio of digital solutions that capture, measure, and visualise the physical world and enable data-driven transformation across industry ecosystems.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**
As a PMO Lead you will be bringing enhanced project management to our digital transformation program. Your first responsibility will be enhanced in the current TIPI process to ensure it is fit for purpose for the major transformation projects that we have. The successful applicant will work alongside the current project managers to help align them in their project management duties and to ensure consistency across all major projects
- PMO support for the implementation of transformation strategy in order to achieve business benefits.
- Focus on high-level specification and the why and what of transformation.
- Enhancing TIPI and building and enhanced business requirements and change management into the process
- Providing tools to the project managers for the successful management of that individual projects
- Focused on the success of the overall program they're managing.
- Consolidate project management statuses and providing executive visibility to all digital programs
- Interaction with project managers and individuals at higher leadership levels and undertake a much wider span of control than a project manager
- Implement updated project management methodology and tools into all digital projects
- Ensuring alignment on digital projects to meet business need
- Enable visibility to the wider business on digital projects
- Timely completion of digital projects
**QUALIFICATIONS /EXPERIENCE**:

Team player
- Excellent attention to detail
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the same role
