**Permanent contract**/ Marbella, Spain

**Requirements**:
- Administrative diploma or related experience.
- Customer Services oriented personality.
- Team player and attention to detail.
- Great organizational skills.
- Strong administrative skills. At ease with the use of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point)
- Fluent in English & Spanish, other languages are a plus.
**Career Services Department**
The Career Services department at Les Roches Global Hospitality Education plays a key role in supporting student & alumni employability and enhancing Les Roches’ global reputation, being the link between the industry and the school.
Type of contract: 50% for the first 6 months and 100% from January 2026.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Administrative tasks: Prepare internship agreements, attestations, certificates, update database, etc.
- Industry Relations & Events Coordination: Assist the Career Services team with administration tasks related to the organization of events, such as making hotel room reservations, classroom reservations, and other clerical tasks.
- Other Career Services tasks or assignments established by the head of the department.
