Head of Industrialization (Fragrance Ingredients) - Your future position?

You will lead the industrialization, design and deployment of ingredients or new products manufacturing processes, using available and novel technologies. You will report to the Head of Fragrance Ingredients Manufacturing Industrialization. Your primary responsibilities will be: strategy design and execution, Function management, People management.

**Your professional profile includes**:
PHD in Chemistry or Chemical/Biochemical Engineering Specialization in organic chemistry or science of chemical engineering Overall work experience of 10+ years in chemical manufacturing environment, including lab and production chemistry experience 5+ years of progressive experience in people management Experience working in complex/matrix organizations Fluency in Spanish and English languages Proficiency in chemical manufacturing processes and industrialization Good command in project management using TPM, KPI, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing and project controlling tools Good command in partner management and communications Expertise in protocol design Excellent knowledge of EHS science, rules and guidelines Knowledge of financial concepts (e.g. OPEX, CAPEX) and tools (e.g. SAP).
