**¿Cuál será tu misión como Demand Planner?**
Como **Demand Planner**, tendrás un rol clave en la planificación y gestión de la demanda para garantizar la disponibilidad de productos y optimizar los níveles de inventario, contribuyendo al éxito del negocio.
Tus principales responsabilidades incluirán:
- Analizar y prever la demanda de productos utilizando datos históricos, tendencias del mercado y otros factores relevantes.
- Colaborar estrechamente con equipos de compras, logística y ventas para alinear las previsiones con los objetivos del negocio.
- Monitorear el rendimiento de las previsiones y realizar ajustes para minimizar discrepancias.
- Gestionar herramientas y sistemas de planificación de la demanda, asegurando datos precisos y actualizados.
- Proporcionar reportes y análisis sobre el rendimiento de la demanda y el inventario para facilitar la toma de decisiones estratégicas.
**¿Qué te hará triunfar en este puesto?**
- Experiência previa como Demand Planner o en un rol similar.
- Conocer nuestro sector (Retail)
- Dominio de herramientas de planificación y análisis de datos (Excel avanzado, SAP, Power BI u otras).
- Habilidad para interpretar datos y traducirlos en acciones concretas.
- Capacidad de comunicación efectiva y trabajo en equipo, especialmente en entornos multidisciplinarios.
- Orientación a resultados, con un enfoque proactivo y capacidad para resolver problemas de forma ágil.
**¿Qué buscamos en ti?**
- Estudios en Administración de Empresas, Logística, Ingeniería o campos relacionados.
- Experiência demostrable en planificación de demanda o gestión de inventarios.
- Pensamiento analítico y enfoque estratégico, con habilidades para priorizar y gestionar múltiples tareas.
- Pasión por aportar valor y contribuir al éxito de un equipo.
