**What are we looking for?**

For our specialized team, we are looking for a DevOps Engineering Lead, with the possibility of working 100% remotely from Spain, to be part of the multi-year transformation program that we have embarked upon with one of our main clients.

**Work location**

100% remote within Spain.

**Key Responsibilities**:
You will be the technical anchor for the Enterprise Metrics team.

You will have 3 primary goals:

- Key contributor to a team that exemplifies modern high performing, product led, cross-functional team, you will already be or will become expert in the following: a. TDD/BDD b. Continuous Deployment c. DORA metrics d. Data Products
- Develop a new strategic Data Product and Data Insights dashboard designed to enable and measure customer’s ambitious transformation goals
- Support, operate and maintain an existing legacy SQL/PowerBI tool.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Hands on engineer to ensure the team uphold the highest industry engineering standards, you will be comfortable with or capable learning.
- TDD / BDD / Full test automation
- Encourage and engage in pairing on work
- Trunk based development concepts
- Continuous Deployment
- Achieve high DORA metrics
- Attention to detail and ability to enforce quality of work personally and for others
- Comfortable leading at times and participating in all team ceremonies
- Look to learn and understand the business, context, users and broader picture / problem space
- Constantly aware of and looking to identify and optimise team behaviour and capability.
- Maintain high quality code, documentation, tests, APIs, security posture

**Essential Requirements**:

- Agile methodologies
- Test Driven Development (TDD), coach level
- Familiar with best practices and Security policies & standards
- Experience with large SQL solutions with a legacy profile
- Experienced with C# or similar OO language
- Experienced with React or similar JS framework
- Some experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF)
- English C1

- DORA research
- State Of DevOps reports
