**Louis Vuitton Spain** is seeking a highly motivated
- **Hostess/Host **to join us in our store of
- **Serrano Madrid, **with a passion for creating memorable experiences for our Clients.
- As a Hostess/Host, you will be an ambassador of the Brand, ensuring that every client is treated according to the Louis Vuitton promise. You will welcome our clients in a smiley and warm manner and make sure you provide them with the help they need : provide beverage service to customers in the waiting line and in the store, create a first contact with them and encourage small talks to discover their needs, guide them through the products catalog while waiting to be attended by a Client Advisor. You will support the store team with various tasks in store depending on the traffic.
- This is an opportunity for those who thrive in a fast-paced environment, seeking to discover the luxury Retail environment with an international clientele & the Louis Vuitton culture.

**Profile**:

- In order to be successful in this role, you must be someone who has experience working in customer service, hospitality, catering or retail environment, dealing with a diverse clientele.
- Someone who has a welcoming attitude, works well in a team setting, willing to provide help and satisfy customers to give them the best experience when entering in our stores.

**Fluent Spanish & English.**

**Immediate incorporation.**

**Available full time.**

**Flexibility to work on late afternoons and weekends.**
