**Role |**:
We are looking for a Design Product Buyer (DPB) to join our Design department in Barcelona. This role will also be in collaboration with the Finance department. The DPB’s mission is to successfully purchase and track the ongoing furniture and materials required for the creation of our Ukio brand apartments, while at the same time, keeping impeccable accounting and invoicing of said purchases.

**Responsibilities |**:

- Purchasing of furniture and materials for apartments in the weekly onboarding planning for various markets
- Maintaining a detailed record of the purchases made and retrieving their respective invoices
- Ensuring invoices submitted to the Finance department are sound and have the required information according to the market the DPB is purchasing for
- Keeping compliance with the determined budget of the project and updating the project designer when budget milestones are surpassed
- Communicating with suppliers to resolve any logistic issues and ensure smooth deliveries
- Ensuring clear lines of communication with the project designer when items are out of stock and alternatives are needed
- Collaborating with the project designer and project manager to resolve delivery issues on the apartment installation day
- Tracking of purchases made and confirming their delivery to the logistic center while keeping tight deadlines in mind

**About you |**:

- 2 years of experience as buyer/purchaser
- Accounting and invoicing knowledge
- You are a problem solver and provide quick solutions under pressure
- You are comfortable speaking to suppliers and providers
- You can prioritize well and organize your work
- Able to meet tight deadlines
- You pay extreme attention to detail
- Fluency in Spanish and English is a must
- Fluency in German and French is a plus
