**The Role**
As a **Lead Site Reliability Engineer**, you’ll have an opportunity to lead the SRE team that supports the Landbot platform. You will embrace the SRE model, and work with other engineering leaders to:
- Help our engineering organization transition towards a you-build-it-you-run-it model
- Serve your stakeholder’s needs, building alignment across teams and prioritizing for outcomes, not output
- Provide advice on architecture design, platform capacity planning and cost optimization
- Ensure the reliability, stability, performance and security of Landbot’s infrastructure
- Ensure efficient use of our resources, managing costs while balancing speed and OpEx
- Maintain, optimize and develop tools to enable our engineering team and a DevOps culture
**What We Are Looking For**
**Technical credibility**
- Experience as a cloud services administrator in GCP (preferably) or other cloud service providers.
- Expertise in UNIX, including virtualization, File system, sockets, processes, threads & concurrency, resource management and service management.
- Strong Networking knowledge: DNS, Load Balancers, Firewalling, Reverse/Direct Proxy, Caching Servers, CDNs, gRPC
- Security: Certs Management, HTTPs Ciphers, HTTP Security Headers, Dmarc / SPF, KMS (Vault), OAuth
- Scripting and programming knowledge in Bash, Go and/or Python
- Monitorization & observability: Prometheus/Grafana, Google Cloud Monitoring
- Experience with incidence management tools
- Experience implementing Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible)
- Experience with infrastructure automation following GitOps practices
