**Department Description**

GRM (Group Risk Management) / ERM (Enterprise Risk Management) is a staff unit responsible for various tasks that naturally fit within a modern risk management function in a financial institution. We provide information, tools, frameworks, processes and advisory services to the company and have links into the entire organization. With our work, we enable the company to manage its aggregate risk profile in a sound and consistent framework.

To strengthen our team, we are looking to hire a Senior Manager for Non-Financial Risks in the Enterprise Risk Management unit of GRM.

**In this position your key responsibilities will be**:

- Quantitative and qualitative analysis.
- Development and maintenance of statistical and predictive models.
- Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to implement data-driven solutions.
- Generation of reports and visualizations to present results.
- Support strategic decision-making through data analysis.

**Required qualifications**:

- Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of statistical techniques and data analysis.
- Experience with data analysis tools (R, Python, SQL, etc.).
- Analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems.
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
- English level B2 or higher.
