Join us, and feel a sense of purpose in your work everyday **Responsibilities**: - Provide technical support by completing security assessment requests from customers (Information security questionnaires, Vendor Risk assessments, etc.) - Maintain and manage information security documentation, certifications and policies - Support the ISO 27001 certification management and maintain relevant documentation - Active support to the Data Protection Coordinator in reviewing technical documents when applicable and responding to security inquiries - Create and update security awareness training materials, deliver trainings - Perform other tasks related to data privacy and IT security matters (tools, processes) to continuously improve security practices - Collaborate with technical and project teams to ensure that security and privacy obligations comply under relevant cybersecurity and privacy standards **Required Knowledge**: - Background in Information systems, Information security or related fields - Good understanding and passion for Information security and privacy matters, ability to communicate effectively about these concepts - Appropriate training in IT security areas - Understanding of relevant legal and regulatory requirements, including, ISO 27001, privacy regulations, etc. - Fluent in English and Spanish **(role is based in Madrid, Spain)**: - 2+ years of practical experience in Information Security jobs **Soft Skills Required**: - Good team player - Fast learner and analytical skills - Ability to manage multiple projects under strict timelines - Good communication skills, including clear and transparent explanation of technical issues - Detail oriented - Self-motivated and problem solving skills - Other language skills are definitely a plus **What We Offer**: - Dynamic, startup-like experience within the security of a fast-growing, 22-year old Swiss-based company. - Learn from top executives and visionaries in the learning and language market. - The experience of joining an innovative organization with an international, vibrant working environment. - World-class learning experience by being a goFLUENT learner.
