Job Description

Position Description: Major/ Key Accountabilities:

- Accurate data collection and reporting for customer complaints and audit results.
- Data record retention to allow historical analysis.
- Optimize reporting processes, systems and tools
- Provide analysis to identify opportunities and insights for Quality improvement.
Qualifications:

- Bachelor´s or Master degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field Six Sigma trained. Experience:

- Experience in data management (big data)
- Expert in Excel including VBA, Power BI
- Good understanding of major Microsoft products.
- SharePoint or web based IT skills needed.
- Knowledge and experience of quality principles.
- Worked in a quality environment. English Fluent. Position Requirements:
