**About the job**:
We are building Porsches’ Customer Relations Hub (CRH) in Barcelona together with you. At the CRH we want to create something new and innovative to inspire the customer experience of the Porsche brand. You may think of it as a call center - but way better You are an essential part of Porsches customer success, so you might as well call yourself a Porsche Ambassador.

Do you “speak” Porsche? Because we are looking for passionate Knowledge Analysts who seek to revolutionise Porsches’ customer service. Your mission will be to become an administrator and sovereignty of CIC knowledge Center and ensure user friendly knowledge for Level 1 & 2

**Tasks**
**Your responsibilities and impact as a Customer Care Agent for a Luxury Automotive Brand will be**:

- Representing our client´s products and services
- Being the first point of contact for customers of our client
- Supporting the development of the Customer Interaction Center by introducing your ideas
- Using your communication skills to help customers with a wide variety of issues
- Assuring the customers have a positive experience fitting our clients´ quality standards

**Requirements**:
**Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role**:

- Native level of French with a proficient level of English
- Previous experience in luxury Customer Service or the Hotel industry
- Experience working in the automotive industry is a plus
- Having excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Being able to quickly understand customers needs and dealing with their emotions

An innovative luxury automotive brand that is currently creating an in-house Customer Interaction Center. We have offices worldwide to cater to the needs of our international clientele. The Customer Service department in Barcelona will focus on the markets of various European countries.
