**Roles & Responsibilities**:
**Achieve Sales Targets**: Cover a designated region with a strong focus on meeting and exceeding monthly sales and order goals.

**Drive Brand Growth**: Deliver exceptional sales and service, representing the company in a professional and results-driven manner to enhance brand value.

**Client Optimization & Strategy**: Ensure each client is maximising the system’s potential by providing strategic guidance on marketing, business development, and operational efficiency.

**Trusted Business Advisor**: Serve as a key resource for all system-related inquiries while offering business insights to build trust, drive additional sales, and generate client referrals.

**CRM & KPI Compliance**: Accurately document all activities and interactions in the CRM system while consistently meeting assigned KPIs for both sales and support within the territory.

**New Business Generation**:Develop a strong pipeline of high-quality sales leads through cold calling, appointment scheduling, and proactive field canvassing.

**Industry Knowledge**: Possess a deep understanding of premium takeout and restaurant businesses within the assigned region.

**Consultative Selling Approach**: Utilize value-added and consultative selling techniques to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs and contribute to long-term business success.

**Experience Required**:

- Field Sales experience
- Proven background in delivering sales targets and results
- A driving license and car with the ability to work full time is essential

Pay: Up to 30,000.00€ per year

**Experience**:

- Field Sales: 2 years (required)
- POS Selling: 1 year (required)
- SaaS Selling: 2 years (required)

License/Certification:

- Driving Licence & Car (required)
