At Itnig we're looking for a new Investment Lead to help us boost our found to the next level by discovering and acquiring the best opportunities in the global market

The Role

We are looking for an Investment Lead to work alongside the Itnig leadership team.

**What will you be doing**:

- You will meet early stage entrepreneurs on a daily basis, understand their business models and detect opportunities to grow faster when combined with Itnig
- Lead, Itnig’s M&A efforts: M&A strategy definition, deal sourcing, screening,
- Build and maintain a strong M&A pipeline and global CRM from target companies.
- Manage day-to-day relationships with venture capital funds, private equities and M&A boutiques to build best deal flow quality.
- Be on top of industry trends, and be always present on relevant events and communities.

Your Profile
- You are a curious, fast learner.
- Experience in venture capital, private equity, M&A teams or a similar role in a high growth company.
- Strong relationship building skills. You’re able to build bonds with multiple venture capital firms, investment bankers and M&A boutiques
- You have exceptional problem solving skills - you have demonstrated the ability to structure complex problems, develop solutions and execute them.
- You are a self-starter and have a high degree of motivation to go above and beyond the task at hand.
- You are data-driven and are comfortable performing quantitative analysis.
- You are a strong communicator and are comfortable working with teams across the organization (from C-level to teams in the frontline).
