**FUNCTIONS**:
**Responsibilities**:
His/Her mission is to develop the assigned brands in the EMEA region, by diffusing and monitorizing the Global Master plan with Distributors, helping them grow the business.
- MASTER PLAN EXECUTION: NPD forecasting, GOLF, NPD orders coordination with Customer service (template). Make sure codes are opened in SAP. Ensure prices are set in SAP. Share launch assets with distributors (FTP).
- PROMOTIONS: initiate and track attractive promotional gifts based on trends or collections, coordinate purchase, forecasts, sales and budgets compliance with distributors and suppliers.
- LOCAL PACKS & PROMOS: coordinate the development process with Operations and Global Mkg, including teamroom (artworks approval process).
- PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS: monthly stock control (Pedidos de Reserva; align stock and brand support amounts with Finance; share availabilities with Distributors and Customer Service every month; share assets (FTP).
- EDUCATION AND EVENTS: coordinate education related events such as trainings with distributors and educators, take care or supervise of the organization, cost control and alignment with Finance.
- DIGITAL: Share Global assets with distributors and give support for the good implementation of the global digital strategy.
- CONTROL BRAND SUPPORT EXPENSES TOGETHER WITH MARKETING MANAGER AND CONTROLLERS. Mainly Promo materials and education costs.
**Requirements**:

- BsC in Marketing or Business.
- Between 2 and 4 years of experience in a similar position.
- Previous experience in Consumer Goods/FMCG or B2B industry.
- Fluent English.
- Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Proactive.
- Bussiness accumen and Customer oriented.
