- Desired two years of Application Engineer Seal experience (Troubleshooting, M Seal Change outs, Failure Analysis)
- Mandatory fluent in English and French
- High skilled in MS Office

**Responsibilities & Requirements**:

- Aftermarket Portal Proposal handling, Mechanical Seal focus with enabling Pump business
- Technical troubleshooting for Mechanical Seal
- Application Engineer Budget and Firm Proposal preparation.
- Seek for Continuous Improvement excellence and promote standards and global mode of working with team members to allow same tolos accross the SubRegion
- Site Visits for Mechanical Seal and Pump installation based for proactive generation of business along with Customer Training delivery
- Lead wisely and with commitment, discipline and passion while exhibiting exemplary behavious at all times. Serve as an advocate for integrity and ethics while promoting trust and setting a positive leadership example that energizes others.
- Develops strategy to help the team reach the goal
- Leverage the Mgr for workload sharing among the wider Organization
- Work together with the Mgr in the Integration of the new Commercial Operations model prioritizing Tools and Access needs
