**Job Description**:
The HRBP will provide support to the different HR areas, collaborating in the development and follow-up of HR projects and participating in the strategic HR Plan, reporting to the HR Manager.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Take part in the definition of the HR strategy and continuous improvement practices.
- Coordinate or contribute to HR projects to improve our operational efficiency and enhance employee experience.
- Collaborate with business leaders to solve organizational challenges, with a focus on developing and executing strategies to help recruit, onboard, retain, and develop top talent.
- KPI,s tracking, and monthly reporting. Analyses trends and metrics in partnership with HR peers to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
- Advises managers on people imperatives: people engagement, compliance, development, performance management, and compensation.
- Be a trusted advisor to the business by establishing and maintaining strong relationships with management and employees.
**Qualifications**:
- University degree in business administration, law, psychology or similar.
- Professional experience: 5 years of experience in a similar position as HRBP an or generalist position in a human resources department. Experience in a high-volume and fast-paced environment is highly valued.
- Fluent in Spanish and **English**, in both written and verbal form.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Client focus, team spirit, and collaboration.
- Analytical & multitasking skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Strong sense of confidentiality and ethic.
