- Welcomes the customer and checks the vehicle and personnel documentation for correctness and enters the data into the system.
- Takes the payment for the inspection (if applicable) collects the keys of the client and launches the car for inspection.
- Supports customers with any queries and complaints from any channels.
- Supports scheduling of tests if required.
- Handles and files correspondence, answers incoming calls.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Experience & Further Qualifications**:

- At least 1-3 years of professional experience in related area.
