Remote Contractor | Madrid-Based Only **$18/hour** Must be available 9 AM - 5 PM EST **About Pivota Marketing** We’re a boutique, US-based marketing agency helping real estate professionals grow through intentional, high-converting content. While we specialize in real estate, this role is first and foremost for creatives - people who love storytelling, strategy, and designing content that actually makes an impact. We’re remote, but not disconnected. Our core team is based in Madrid, and we’re proud of the community we’re building. **Position Overview** This is a long-term, part-time contractor position that will grow into full-time quickly. If you're someone who doesn’t just want to create content but wants to understand the "why" behind it, take ownership of your projects, and collaborate with a thoughtful, strategy-minded team, this might be the perfect next step. You’ll get to wear many hats. From writing and designing to automation and reporting. You’ll be encouraged to grow your skills, pitch your ideas, and be involved in campaigns that matter. **Key Responsibilities** Content & Strategy - Collaborate with the team to plan and execute content that aligns with client goals - Think critically about the “why” behind each piece - how it supports strategy Tech & Execution - Support CRM organization, tagging, and lead tracking - Monitor SMS replies and highlight key insights - Assist with light website edits (WordPress, Squarespace) Design & Brand Support - Design basic graphics in Canva to support content - Ensure consistency with client brand voice and aesthetics Organization & Reporting - Stay on top of tasks in ClickUp, Slack, and Google Drive - Support analytics tracking, campaign reporting, and light research What We’re Looking For - Strong written and verbal communication skills - you’re clear, responsive, and comfortable collaborating - Familiarity with Google Suite (sheets, docs, drive ) - A strategic thinker who understands content’s role in the larger marketing funnel - Strong editing and proofreading abilities - Comfortable working independently and managing deadlines - Based in Madrid and available during Eastern Time hours Why Join Pivota Marketing - Be part of a team that values your ideas, input, and growth - Enjoy flexible remote work and opportunities for growth - Join a growing company where your work directly impacts client results **Job Type**: Part-time Pay: 18.00€ per hour Application Question(s): - Do you have the flexibility to turn this role into a full-time position? - Tell us about your experience. - Why are you the perfect fit for this role? - Link to your portfolio (required)*: - Can you work during Eastern Time (ET) hours? **Location**: - Madrid, Madrid provincia (required) Work Location: Remote Application Deadline: 19/12/2025 Expected Start Date: 01/01/2026
