This is what you will have to do on a normal day with us:
- Collaborate with the Project Director in the development of client management.
- Manage daily requests, both with clients and the internal team.
- Coordinate the different client and agency stakeholders to ensure that tasks are completed on time.
- Planning and coordinating the tasks of the specialist teams involved in each project, using the Trello tool.
- Management, monitoring and global analysis of the assigned projects.
**Qualifications**:
We are looking for an intern with:
- Recently graduated in Business Administration, Marketing and Public Relations...
- High English level: B2 or above.
- Good level of Microsoft Tools Knowledge.
- Good Communication Skills.
- Eager to Learn and Positive Energy & Team player.
**Additional Information**:
Conditions:
- Duration: 6 months part-time (mornings), extendable for an additional 6 months.
- Hybrid working model: 2 office days and 3 remote days.
- July, august, Christmas and Easter 100% remote.
- Remuneration: 400 €/gross per month.
- From Monday to Friday: 09:00 - 14:00
- It is necessary to be able to enter into an agreement/annex with a university or business school.
