**STORE MANAGER /** **ITALIAN SPEAKER**

**MADRID, NEW STORE OPENING**

**ABOUT**:

- Italian contemporary fashion brand
- Rich heritage with a strong attention to details

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Drive clienteling, CRM and after sale process, developing direct marketing actions towards new clients
- Mentor, Coach & Train team to achieve commercial targets and store objectives
- Responsable of Stock management, Operations and ensure deadlines are met
- Ensure that VM reflects strategy and verifies guidelines execution in store

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- 4+ years as Assistant store manager or Department manager experience
- Possess a wealth of experience in building and maintaining strong and lasting relationships with clients
- Understanding of current local market trends and ability to pivot to changing business and market needs
- Exceptional communication skills, energetic and with an influential personality
- Italian language is a must, spanish and english also required

**OFFERING**:

- Up to €50K + MBO
- Permanent contract
