**What you will do**
- Prioritize and plan issue resolutions both independently and in a collaborative and fast-paced team environment
- Create and maintain documentation and knowledge transfer materials
- Travel up to 20%
- Participate in on-call rotation as needed
- Willing to work from the Barcelona office 3 days per week
**Required Experience**
- A Bachelor’s degree in IT, Healthcare or related field or equivalent relevant work experience
- At least 4 years of Healthcare IT and Cerner Millennium work experience
- At least 1 year of customer service work experience
- Fluent English skills
- Desired language skills: Spanish/Swedish/Portuguese/French/German

Duties and tasks are standard with some variation. Completes own role largely independently within defined policies and procedures. 2-4 years of related experience in a medium to large network distributed and computing environment. BS or equivalent experience in programming on enterprise or department servers or systems.
