Proporcionar actualizaciones sólidas y regulares sobre políticas y desarrollos nacionales que impactan los negocios de CEPSA. Analizar oportunidades y amenazas legislativas, incluidas implicaciones estratégicas. **Recomendar posicionamiento y acciones**: Ayudar a formular posiciones acordadas con y por las Unidades de Negocio. Ayudar a desarrollar planes de acción. **Propiedad del Ecosistema Regulatorio**: Identificar, compartir inteligencia y asegurar la coordinación con los negocios y entre ellos. Obtener retroalimentación de los negocios y proporcionarles información relevante. Fomentar la adopción de la posición de la empresa a través de procesos de toma de decisiones claros. Asegurar la coordinación con los negocios y otras áreas corporativas en consultas públicas de nueva regulación. Canalizar interacciones con terceros (asociaciones y foros), incluidas las interacciones de contratistas con CEPSA (por ejemplo, bufetes de abogados y consultores). ¿Qué estamos buscando?
